Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products in the order, please contact us with a picture of the issue and we'll take care of it.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered. Please be sure to view our size charts to avoid ordering wrong sizes.

We do NOT refund orders due to a buyer not wanting to pay import duty/taxes. It is your responsibility to know your country's import duty rates. We cannot change your international order to a gift or lower the merchandise value.

Double-check your address when ordering. If your order is returned to us because you entered the wrong address, name, zip code, etc. You are responsible for paying to have it shipped again to the correct address. Refunds will not be given because you didn't enter your address correctly and don't want to pay for shipping again.
